Blue class ventured out into the Forest School area yesterday to build some nests. The children read instructions and followed them to create a nest. We had nests for sparrows, magpies, black birds, robins and pigeons. Even though it was very wet, the children did a spectacular job. We then finished up making bird feeders in the classroom due to the winds picking up.
