Topaz Class Forest School
Topaz class ventured out into our Forest School area to search and identify any birds within the area. We managed to see some blue tits, sparrows and pigeons either flying above or perched on the branches of trees. They then worked in groups to create a bird's nest following instructions and created bird feeders to entice the birds to visit these nests.
After this, the children explored the area making mud pies and potions, digging for treasure in our digging area and even tried climbing our shorter trees within the environment, making sure to do their own risk assessment before attempting this.
