COFFEE AND CONVERSATION PARENTS' FORUM - TUESDAY 18 JUNE
We hope you can join us on Tuesday when we will be talking about broader issues affecting our school. We are especially looking at parents' views on our new uniform supplier and the school website.
MY MONEY WEEK
We hope children have enjoyed celebrating 'My Money Week' in school when we have tried to get children excited and interested in money.
Each year group has looked at different tasks involving saving, spending, banking etc. It is important that we ensure all children develop an awareness of money to prepare them for adult life so we hope this has been a good introduction especially for those who are new to financial education. Please continue to discuss this at home
SCARLET FEVER
We have had a recent case of scarlet fever in school. Public Health England's Frequently Asked Questions has information about preventative measures (including regular hand washing), symptoms and treatment.
TERM DATES 2019-2020 - NEW DATE FOR MAY 2020 BANK HOLIDAY
There is a small amendment to our term dates for next academic year. Following the government's decision to move the May Day Bank Holiday, this will now fall on Friday 8 May and not Monday 4 May and the school will be closed on that day.
INSET DAY - MONDAY 24 JUNE
A reminder that the school will be closed to children on Monday 24 June.
